Many readers may recall the photoshoot I did with designer (and dear friend) Mariam Al-Sibai back in September for the debut of her first collection. One of my favorite pieces was the Dancing in Mustard, a full length yellow wool coat with cuffed sleeves and the most elegant feminine silhouette. Colored coats are about to have a major moment this fall— yellow being a dominant color for 2018— so this Al-Sibai coat was a natural choice for me. I paired it with a black pantsuit, cinched at the waist with a western double-buckle belt and Gucci fur cuffs over the sleeves. The iconic Baroque headscarf from Versace is one I’ve owned for years, and with the Versace legacy collection debut this past fall, it is available for limited purchase and pairs seamlessly with my coat!
